Alphonso is cultivated mainly in Ratnagiri region of Maharashtra, India.

Select quality of Alphonso Mangoes are harvested, inspected put into stringent quality control and passed through process line to finally obtain highly sterile Pulp maintaining the natural properties.

Storage:

  • Keep in cool and dry place, store in ambient temperature, preferably below 25°C.
  • Protect from moisture and direct sun light.

Red or Yellow Papaya Concentrate is prepared by extracting the pulp obtained from respective ripened Papaya Fruit. Ripened Red/Yellow Papaya Fruit is peeled and cut in half, all seeds are scooped out and then the papaya is roughly chopped into pieces. Chopped pieces are passed through process line to make concentrate. Product is thermally treated for commercial sterilization maintaining commercial properties.
