Papaya Pulp

The Papaya (Carica papaya) is a long bulbous fruit with a point at the broad end. This large fruit has a thin greenish skin, which encloses a yellowish orange to pinkish red coloured flesh. The centre of the fruit is a hallow with nestle black rounded seeds.

 

Papaya pulp is free from any pathogenic bacteria. Red / Yellow papaya pulp contains nutrients that prevent the oxidation of cholesterol, occurring of heart attacks or strokes as it contain large amounts of Vitamin C and vitamin A. Red or Yellow Papaya Pulp is prepared by extracting the pulp obtained from respective mature ripe Papaya. Ripe fruit is processed in excellent conditions by suitable means, as per Quality Standards. The manufacturing process for red papaya pulp includes cutting, deseeding, peeling, refining and finally obtaining the pulp through advanced processing equipment.

A detailed research combined with extensive experience has helped us produce papaya fruit pulp that retains the natural flavour of the fruit.
